Victor Cruz and UMass Hate Fun
Apparently, UMass students have been receiving this video as part of an email advising them not to go too crazy during the Super Bowl this weekend. Besides the normal crap that you would see in a college email, it features this eight second video of Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz offering some pretty lame advice on how to enjoy oneself during the parties.
Funnily enough, the email mentions that both sides have a UMass player on their squad - the Patriots have James Ihedigbo - so “whichever team wins, UMass wins.” No, not quite, folks. You are a school based in Massachusetts, with a Massachusetts-based team playing on Sunday… and you pick the guy from the team based in New York, our state’s most hated enemy, to plead with your students. Come on now. Your school is known as the “Zoo” anyway - do you really think that this is going to be a deterrent? At least get the guy from the right team, Jesus.
